Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
All orders will be fulfilled the same day. If an order is placed on a Friday, expect to receive the order in the middle of the next week. If there is a delay in your order for any reason, ODAZZO will inform you by email and will give you daily updates.

Damages
ODAZZO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly by emailing us at info@odazzo.com. Please take pictures of all damaged goods and forward them to the email mentioned.

ODAZZO ships products internationally. Shipment costs will be calculated upon checkout. Free shipping for purchases over $150
Returns Policy
To return a product, please send it to ODAZZO 2500 Webster St. Unit 505 Oakland, CA 90802. ODAZZO will cover costs of shipping a return. To start the process, please email us at info@odazzo.com and indicate that you would like to return a purchase. ODAZZO will then send a refund for the product which will include the cost of shipping. Most returns take 5-7 business days. However, rest assured that ODAZZO will make sure that you receive the customer care you deserve.
